Common questions

In most cases we need a copy of the death certificate and proof of your relationship to the deceased. Some platforms may require additional documentation, and we will tell you exactly what is needed before submissions begin.

Our target timelines are 14 days for Essential, 10 days for Standard, and 7 days for Estate. These are service targets rather than platform guarantees, because each provider has its own review process. We keep chasing until the case is resolved or the platform requires something further.

Yes. For Facebook and Instagram we can convert the profile into a memorial page rather than removing it entirely. This preserves the memories and timeline while protecting the account from new activity. Just let us know your preference.

That's completely normal. Our Estate package includes a digital legacy consultation where we help you identify known accounts. For other packages, simply list what you know — we handle everything from there.
